  Introduction to Taiwan Multi-cultures: Field Trip Study

一、課程目標

  1. This course is designed for native students and foreign students who are interested in understanding multi-cultures in Taiwan.
  2. The course contents will be divided into three sections: historical ethnoscapes, imaginary literaryscapes, and popular mediascapes, with a focus on contemporary period from 1949 to the present.
  3. Students will become familiar with not only traditional values but also post/modern daily life styles of multi-cultural communities.
  4. Through class discussion and field trip arrangement, native students will learn to introduce our culture to foreign students.
