2.Through participation in “mindfulness” course, participants learn to increase their ability to:

Cope with stress, pain, and the challenges of everyday life

Break the language gap by sporting, use body movements to express the feeling of joining the activities and develop regular exercise habit, and finally keep good physical fitness.

On the other hand, 2 class of “mindfulness” are arranged in this course. Practicing “mindfulness” is a mind-body approach to life that helps people to relate differently to experiences. It involves paying attention to our thoughts and feelings in a way that increases our ability to manage difficult situations and make wise choices.

Course content / outline

You can introduce the course weekly.

We will arrange several kinds of sports, such as Swimming, Canoe, Badminton, Basketball, Table tennis and Volleyball. Hope enhance the manners of joining the sports and carry out personal exercise program all our life time.

“Mindfulness” use Ten easy-to-follow sessions with videos and interactive exercises led by leading mindfulness trainers
